Wednesday Night Calgary Practice - 7:00PM-9:00PM
Get connected to the luminous life force inside...open and grow in your unique way. In these classes we invite the 8 Core Connexion keys to open the gates to the present moment for us. Through sensory awareness, movement, transformational and creative processes we will explore our connections to ourselves, others and life itself. We will invite and create ways to cultivate and grow our luminous presence into the unknown future!
Please wear layered, comfortable clothing you can move in, bring water, and if you wish, your own blanket and your favourite writing/drawing materials (I always have extra materials as needed). We have some guidelines to keep a structure for our class. Our class is non-verbal, no cell phones, no photographs are allowed to be taken, you are responsible for yourself, and are the expert of your own experience. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions about these.
When: Every Wednesday Night 7-9 PM
Where: Evolved Movement Arts 4005 9 St SE, Calgary, AB
Cost: $25 drop in or $60 for a 3 class pass.
